Health@Home has membership based Services and ON-DEMAND based services. On demand services are categorized as out of hospital based services where as membership based services are more straight forward preventive program with many added access services.

Membership based Services

Yearly general checkups
Yearly general checkups will be done for your preventive, promotive and curative health aspects. Yearly general checkups include Haemogram, RFT, stool and urine (microscopic, routine), chest x-ray and physician consultants.

Monthly general checkups
You will be monthly visited by skilled medical personals for your general examinations. We will discuss about your problems and try to solve your problems and give you advices related to your health issues by consulting health expertise. We will also supply your medicines at your home so we will indirectly observe if you are taking your medicines regularly or how effective is the medicine. We will be your advisor, counselor and your friend who will take care of your health.

Monthly prescription drug delivery
If you are on medication, your drugs will be delivered at your home. Without interfering your physician’s decision we will supply you with the best quality drugs in market price so that you don’t have to worry about your medicine or the quality of medicine.

Call centre support
We also have the facility of call center where dedicated medical personals will attend your call and try to solve your problem and if need give you advice.

Electronic medical record
Your yearly general check-ups will be done by skilled medical personals and we will keep your yearly record. You will also be provided with electronic medical record for your ease.so, filing is not necessary. You can easily take your medical record wherever you go. Your EMR will also be accessible through web and yearly you will be provided soft copy of your record in CD.

Appointment manager
